Collaborative R&D Manager
Pepa Sedó is a Telecommunications Engineer by the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC). She holds also a Master Science in Telecommunications by Pompeu Fabra University (UPF).
She developed her final degree project at the Optical Communications Group (Signal theory Department – UPC), where she worked as Researcher Assistant in Raman Spectroscopy applied to art materials identification. After this, she was a researcher at the Catalan Institute of Space Studies (IEEC) in the Earth Observation group; this group is specialized in remote sensing using GNSS signals.
Then she worked at Atos Origin, in the Atos Research and Innovation department (initially as a Project Manager and later as Head of the Aerospace and Communications Unit), during these eight years she was involved in several EC, ESA and Spanish administration funded projects in the fields of Satellite Communications, Navigation and Earth Observation.
Pepa’s last position before joining CTAE was Sales and Marketing Deputy Director in Altamira Information, an inSAR service provider company.
Currently, from December 2010, she is the Collaborative R&D Manager in CTAE.
