Eva Saade received the second prize in the European Aerodays Students Contest

Eva Saade, research engineer at CTAE, receives the second prize in the European Aerodays Students Contest held in Madrid from the 30th of March to the 1st of April 2011. This award is the fulfillment of previous Eva's work as intern at CTAE, and part of her thesis for the Master in Aerospace Science and Technology (MAST) at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). Aerodays Students Contest has recognized Eva's approach and results on the design, development and test of an optimized propulsion system for an unmanned lightweight quadrotor vehicle. This task has been carried out within the scope of CTAE LIFT project (Lightweight and Integrated platform for Flight Technologies).
